I took this picture with my digital camera in macro mode, to show all the details of the leaf. I put it sepia mode, and that's why it looks a different color. I then put it in photoshop and increased the contrast to make the white and the orangy color pop out. The artist that inspired this, Alberto Tolot, took macro shots of flowers and plants in black and white. So I decided to switch it up and put it in sepia mode. I really like how it turned out and how you can really see all the detail. I also like how it looks in sepia mode because it makes it different.
I think this picture looks like leather, not a leaf. Its cool though. It reminds me of fall and i like the color, and i also like how the texture stands out.
